Q: I’m not very good on computers. Is the software really easy to use?.

Q: I am assuming he is doing a simultaneous closing. Are you having problems with banks and attorneys to get a simultaneous closing. What disclosures do you offer the bank that tells them that the closing will be funded by your end buyer?
A: Some will, some won’t. Ask questions early to make sure the title company will do a simultaneous closing. You may have to explain to the title company that a double closing is just that… two separate closings with two separate files. The title company does not have the right to disclose the parties of separate transactions to each other. You, as the investor will know because you are a party to both transactions. THIS IS A CRITICAL CONCEPT TO UNDERSTAND.

Q: What is the guarantee time on the product?

Q: Does the system have a record management system?
