We all know that our real estate industry has really changed over the last few years. In today’s real estate climate, the investor absolutely must be aware of how to identify our country’s emerging markets.

Justin has been a real estate investor his entire life, and has invested using every strategy under the sun…from landlording to lease option investing to foreclosure investing. He doesn’t do ANY of those anymore, because he found a better way to invest in real estate.

In a nutshell, Justin specializes in engineering new construction real estate investments, in our country’s emerging markets that are hands-off in nature. The method that he uses estate happens to be the only type of real estate investing that doesn’t take any of a person’s time to execute.

Justin specializes in emerging markets. This can be in the form of many different types of real estate. It is typically in the form of new construction, multi-family, vacant land, or commercial real estate. He also takes things to the ultimate level of profitability by investing in properties that are unknown to the public. He and his partner, Wendy Patton, have achieved extraordinary success by investing in these unknown properties – only in emerging markets.

During our upcoming meeting, Justin will even reveal the name of one of the best emerging markets in the country. He is currently doing 85% of his own investing in this one market alone! When you hear the name of it, you will be as shocked as I was.
