What
is Realeflow?
Realeflow is the fastest growing Business Management System for Real
Estate Investors in the United States. It is a web-based application
or software as a service (SaaS). It is currently available in a Standard
and Professional version.
How
is my data backed up?
The databases involved with the Realeflow application are backed up
daily, so in the event of a failure, the previous night's backup can
be restored. The Lead-Flow Websites (available with Professional) and
physical servers are also backed up daily.
How
secure is my information?
The remote Realeflow data center is secured by 4 physical checkpoints.
A proximity card and various different key codes are required to gain
access. There has never been a breach of security with this data center.
The data center is located at the main carrier hub in Cleveland, Ohio
(a key internet backbone for the United States), so there are 4 redundant
internet connections always active. The data center is also on a redundant
diesel power generator in case there is a blackout involving our regional
power grid. The Realeflow application uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
for securing the display of sensitive information.
What
is your privacy policy?
All leads generated by our customers and data stored for our customers
are held and protected in strict confidence. Realeflow, LLC does not
contact customer prospects or leads, nor do we sell or share customers'
personal information, deal, prospect, lead or marketing information
with any other party.
Are
you going to sell my information or my customer information?
Realeflow, LLC does not contact customer prospects or leads, nor do
we sell or share customers' personal information, deal, prospect, lead
or marketing information with any other party.
How
do I learn to use Realeflow?
Realeflow is so easy and intuitive most of our new customers get up
and running in a matter of hours. All Realeflow accounts include access
to The Classroom, an online E-Learning Platform, which includes over
10 e-learning modules with step-by-step video tutorials to get you
up and running quickly. With the Professional version you're assigned
a dedicated Implementation Manager who provides one-on-one email and
phone support. The Standard version comes with an Implementation Program
which includes group support via email and phone.
Is
there someone I can talk to if I have questions and am having
trouble?
Yes. Realeflow Professional includes one-on-one email and phone support.
Realeflow Standard includes group support via email and phone.
Which
web browser works best with Realeflow?
Realeflow currently supports the latest version of Microsoft Internet
Explorer (IE 7) and Mozilla Firefox for Windows. Realeflow will work
with earlier versions of Internet Explorer but we highly recommend
that you download the latest version.
Does
Realeflow work on a Mac?
Realeflow does not currently support Mozilla Firefox for the Mac or
Apple Safari. Some of our users have had success accessing Realeflow
on their Macs using the Firefox browser.
How
many users can I have on my account?
Realeflow Professional provides access to up to 5 individual users.
You can add additional users to Professional for $19.95 per month per
additional user (please note: a linked user counts as one user). Realeflow
Standard provides access for 1 user. In early 2008 Standard users will
be able to add additional users for $34.95 per month per additional
user.
Can
I create users who see limited information?
Yes. The Power Linking feature, which is included with the Professional
version, allows you to create linked users (i.e. a Realtor, Bird Dog,
etc.) who have limited access to your account. You set the access levels
for those users, determining what they see and don't see. The Standard
version does not include Power Linking.
Can
I import data?
Yes. You can import data into your Realeflow application using .csv
and .txt file formats.
Can
I upload documents and files?
Yes.
What
types of documents and file formats can I upload?
Realeflow includes a Document area that allows you to upload any documents
or files you want to share with your team. You can also upload documents
and files from within the individual case view so they are associated
with that case. Any file format can be uploaded. Image files can not
exceed one (1) megabyte each.
Can
I upload multiple documents and files at one time?
No, you can only upload one file at a time.
Can
I track my marketing?
Coming soon to Professional users, the Alpha Marketing System will
allow you to implement and track powerful marketing tools for buying
and selling properties. The Alpha Marketing System is not included
with the Standard version.
Do
you have lead websites available?
Yes. Realeflow Professional includes Lead-Flow Websites for an additional
fee. Leads generated by your Lead-Flow Websites are deposited directly
into your Realeflow account.
What
kind of printing can I do out of the application?
Printing is available throughout the application. Realeflow Professional
includes the Hammerpoint Project Manager and Auto Form Creator features.
With Hammerpoint Project Manager you can print professional repair
estimates directly from the system. The Auto Form Creator allows you
to fill out and print all of your legal forms and documents for a professional
presentation. Microsoft Word 2003-2007 is required to print these forms
and documents. The Standard version does not include these features.
What
is the best screen resolution setting? The minimum recommended
screen resolution is 1024x768. Screen resolution greater than
this is dependent on the personal preferences of individual users.
What
is your cancellation policy?
Each version of Realeflow comes with a 30-day unconditional, no questions
asked money back guarantee. After 30-days you may cancel your monthly
subscription fee at any time.
