There
are 150 Serious Changes to
the Tax Code that DIRECTLY
AFFECT Real Estate Investors... Some
of them even affect your current 2009 Tax situation.
As well as deals you're buying & selling right now. (especially
foreclosures and the issue of Forgiven Debt)
[Many
of these changes are NOT highly publicized, you're accountant
most likely won't be taking them in consideration and
the fact it, there buried within 1500 pages of the BRAND
NEW changes that just came out (many of which are retroactive)]

Did
You Know the IRS is Hiring 100,000 New IRS Agents THIS YEAR?
What
do you think this means for you?
They're
going to start cracking down, you'd better be prepared!
VERY
Limited: Because
we're allowing questions, and everyone's questions will get answered,
we're only allowing about 2-dozen people on the call
Let
me skip all the pomp and circumstance ...There
are a ton of changes. I didn't know about most of them,
I suspect
most of you reading this now didn't either.
Unfortunately
for you, even if you pay a tax preparer, he probably
won't advise you (either way) on these issues. After
all, you're paying him to Prepare taxes, Not Advise you
on taxes...Big Difference.
Here's just a bit of what we'll cover:
Massive
changes regarding FORGIVEN DEBT (this
has a major impact on anyone doing foreclosures or
being foreclosed on)
Serious
Implications that are new for 2010 (you're
not going to be live some of this stuff, I thought this
was America??) Including..
Many
of the deductions you've been taking are GONE for 2009/2010,
hope you're not banking on them????
AMT
will kick in at $45,000, not $70,000+ (this affects almost
everyone!!! (there are ways to reclassify things, we'll
talk about throes)
Top
tax bracket went up by 4 points!!!!! (gotta learn how to
combat this one)
Massive
expansion to what's considered earned income. LANDLORDS,
don't' think your now 'passive' rental income is safe...thats
gone with this too.
What
changes you absolutely must act on now
or it'll be gone forever. Including:
Short
term Govt. plans call for doing away wiht ROTH IRAs, better
contribute now to yours wile you still can. You have till
April 15 of 2010 to contribute for 2009!!! Dont' miss this
one.
Been
using Section 179 deduction-Expense/Depreciation? Going
down by 90%...Hope you got a plan. (Are you a Landlord!,
You're in for a hurttin on this one)
What
you can STILL DO to re-organize,
re-catagorize & re-classify for your 2009 taxes, BEFORE
April 15
$800
credit investors qualify for, brand new in 2009
Tax
Credits This
is a biggiee, good and bad. lot of stuff here including:
You
can get $70,000 cash back on a $100,000 qualified Low Income
Rental (look for part of this to be front loaded...HUGE
implications)
$8,000 tax credit for your buyers?
You thought this was gone? Not true, $7,500 /$6,500 still
available right now...use this to help you sell houses
EVERYTHING
Will Be Specifically Geared to the Real Estate Investor(she's
one too)
We're
NOT going to be able to cover all 150 line items, but she's
picked out the 25 top most important, most
critical, most business-threatening, most
financially impact full changes that you absolutely
must act on NOW or you'll regret it for years
to come.
Some
of these things go away after this year, some you have
to start, some will cost you thousands if not done, some
will save you untold amounts.
If
you NOTHING ELSE between Now and the end of the month
